Sally Connolly, LCSW, LMFTSally has been a therapist for over 25 years. Sally has practiced and provided clinical supervision for Family and Children’s Agency where she was also Director of the Professional Training Program and Clinical Director for the Post-Masters Training Program. In her training and supervision roles, Sally presented workshops on family and couple therapy, working with teens, substance abuse and the family and parenting. |  |
Sally has also taught classes in family therapy at The University of Louisville in both the post-masters’ Family Therapy Program and Kent School of Social Work. She co-taught a course in couple therapy with John Turner at The Louisville Seminary.
Sally was the recipient of the 2004 Distinguished Contributions to Marriage and Family Services Award given by The Kentucky Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Sally received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Louisville in 1969, from the University of Louisville and a Master's Degree in Social Work in 1978 from the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work.
She has many personal and professional experiences that she brings to the room. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, neighbor and friend. Her style is friendly, warm and engaging. She focuses on her client’s strengths and resources, as well as the things that they are currently doing right as a way of enhancing and developing ways to face up to the changes and challenges that bring them to therapy.
Sally has also consulted with family businesses through her affiliation with the University of Louisville Family Business Center.
Sally specializes in couple and relationship work. She has helped couples navigate many different problems such as infidelity. Sally also works with individuals with issues of depression, anxiety, stress and PTSD.
